House rules
- 01Close patio umbrellas after use.
- 02Respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.
- 03No loud outdoor noise or pool use after 11 PM.
- 04No food or drinks on beds.
- 05No parties or events without prior authorization.
- 06Smoking is prohibited inside the villas and facilities. Use the designated outdoor smoking area between the gray gate and the flamboyán tree.
- 07Turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa.
- 08Facilities are exclusively for registered guests. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
- 09No pets except legally recognized service animals as required by applicable law.
- 10Electric vehicle charging using villa electricity requires prior authorization and may involve an additional fee.
Policy
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at SkySun Villas.
Guests must drink responsibly and respect other guests, neighboring villas and the property.
Excessive drinking, loud or disruptive behavior, disturbances, property damage, or anything that compromises safety or the peaceful enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
If an incident escalates or house rules are violated, management may take immediate action, document damages, request payment for applicable damages or costs and, when warranted, require guests to leave in accordance with Airbnb policies.
Safety
Pool rules
- No running around the pool.
- No diving.
- Children under 17 must be supervised by an adult.
- Toddlers must wear waterproof swim diapers.
- Maximum of 12 swimmers at a time.
- No glass containers.
- No eating or drinking in the pool.
- Pool access is exclusively for registered guests.
- Rinse sand and beach water using the hose behind the patio before entering.
- Proper swimwear is required.
- No pool use after 11 PM.
Policy
Towels & property care
- Return beach towels before checkout.
- Take care of towels, bedding, comforters, furniture, keys, appliances and other property items.
- Missing or lost items may result in additional charges.
- Stained or damaged towels, bedding or comforters may result in additional charges.
- Damaged furniture, appliances and other property items may result in additional charges.
- Lost keys may result in additional charges.
- Indoor smoking, unusual stains, odors, excessive dirt or cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
Any applicable additional charges are based on the circumstances, documented, and communicated.
Departure
Checkout
Required
- Turn off all AC units.
- Turn off appliances and lights.
- Return all keys and beach towels.
Optional
- Place used towels in laundry bins.
- Dispose of opened food and beverages.
- Take trash to the designated bin at the main entrance.
- Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher.
- Close patio umbrellas.
These are appreciated but not mandatory — our cleaning team takes care of the villa regardless.
